60: Persahabatan Peranakan-Indonesia 26 Nov 2011

Today's fellowship had the theme of Christmas, so Christmas songs from Shair Puji-pujian were sung, led by Johnny Chew, the Worship Leader, and guitarist Samuel Phuah.

Esther, Johnny and Maggie Soh gave their personal testimony.

The speaker of the day was Mrs Telly Oon who spoke on how a child of God should behave. Johnny closed the session with a benediction.

After the felllowship,there was a fellowship tea with snacks prepared by Mrs Baby Khoo.

59: Persahabatan Peranakan-Indonesia 22 Oct 2011

Rev Jimmy Wong opened the fellowship with a prayer. Telly Oon was the worship leader. She led the fellowship with hymns from Puji-Pujian and some choruses. Samuel Phuah was the guitarist.

Abang Johnny Chew made the announcements about next Saturday's Evangelistic Meeting at PMC, and an invitation by Esther's Network to join their Family Gathering on Mon 31 Oct. Michael Tan gave a testimony.

The speaker for this afternoon was Albert Ong
who spoke on the topic: "Megapa datang ke gereja".

The session ended with a fellowship meal @ Praise Room with bread & chicken curry cooked by Jenny Phuah.

58: Fellowship on Sat 23 Jul 2011

The fellowship began with a prayer from Ps Jimmy Wong. Mrs Telly Oon led in the singing.

Albert Ong showed a video clip of PMC GYM mission team visiting Gereja Kristen Indonesia Nusantara Anugerah and Sekolah Tinggi Alkitab Nusantara. Johnny Chew made the announcements.

Mdm Merri Wijaya brought the message "Pemeliharaan Tuhan", text: Gen 50:20, concluding with a video song "Jalan Tuhan".
Today's testimony came from an Indonesian domestic helper Senandja.

The session concluded with refreshments served in the porch downstairs.

57: Fellowship: Sat 25 Jun 2011

The Peranakan-Indonesian Fellowship had Rev Raymond Seet from Emmanual Assembly of God as the guest speaker. His sermon based on Mat 6:10 was about prayer and God's will.
Mrs Telly Oon was the worship leader, Mr Johnny Chew gave the announcements. Mr Albert Ong made a video presentation on the recent Malang Mission Trip. Mdm Baby Khoo prepared the fellowship snacks and refreshment.

56: PMC Peranakan Cultural Night 28 May 2011

The main event of the night was a play "Bertoba" performed in 5 Scenes.
A song item by PMC Peranakan Singers featured nonya singers in beautiful sarong-kebaya attire while the babas looked handsome in batik shirts. The day's events were a success.

54: Persahabatan Peranakan-Indonesia 23 Apr 2011

The fellowship opened with a prayer by Rev Jimmy Wong. Mrs Telly Oon was the worship leader, accompanied by Samuel Phuah on the guitar.

Albert Ong led the singing of "Pada kaki salibMu" and "Tetap cinta Yesus" following a music video.
Mrs Phoebe Kodrat delivered a sermon: "Seperti sa biji gandum".

After the sermon, the fellowship closed with a hymn, followed by Rev Jimmy delivering the closing prayer. The members had a fellowship meal downstairs with Evelyn Ong and Lyn serving the snacks of mee-rebus and fruit-jelly.

The fellowship ended with snacks: mee-goreng by Jenny Phua and ondeh2 by Mdm Baby Koh.

The fellowship on 26 Feb was well attended. Tommy Wijaya led the worship. Rev Jimmy Wong opened the fellowship with a prayer. Johnny Chew gave the announcements.

The speaker was Mrs Ribkhah Ishak, text Mazmur 46. Present was her husband Rev James Cheong. Samuel Phuah was the guitarist. Albert Ong presented a video song item "O Tuhan Pimpinlah Langkahku". Baby Khoo prepared the Makan Riang.
